How is it after all the import with any Figma-generated mouse-hover // Page Scroll reactive interactive elements ? Do they interact correctly? Are these elements imported as interactive SVG ?

Interactive elements can get a bit messy. But you also need to tag things correctly so that the import is clean

Can you use the html plugin to bring any site to figma and then use that site and bring it to WordPress?

That is a good one, to enrich or enhance the currently existing WP site to Figma and back... and if such import would anyhow corrupt already existing user/customer data and or product data, if eCommerce/DTC website though...

Figma makes me long for the old days when designers would just supply designs from photoshop; ugh, what an utter disaster of a clumsy, buggy, inconsistent, and unreliable integrations.

exanple :
1. the text came out of the container completely
2. few other containers squeezed soo much that it stretched almoist till half of the page
3. and in rest of the designs there was overlapping of two sections

It's probably cause your Figma is not auto layout n fixed
