- Democrats and Republicans are once again in the midst of a deep partisan battle, this time about whether Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is the most qualified Supreme Court nominee in history or a crypto-racist hiding his shadowy résumé. Days of speeches, protests, and calculated outrage have not changed the expected outcome, and Judge Kavanaugh will almost certainly become the next Supreme Court justice.

Probably the most honest documentary produced on Senate activities in quite a while.
Oh my god that made me laugh so bad... I seriously watch almost all of the hearings and I was so impressed at Kavanaugh and his ability to take so much bullshit and smile. I guess it is good bootcamp for SCOTUS.
I genuinely watched/listened to every second of the hearings this week.

Every time I get depressed or enraged about the current state of our politics (daily, at least), I come back and watch this.....and it lifts my spirits just enough to tolerate another day.....
Anyone else think it was ironic how to protesters almost seemed like they were waiting to be queued by their democrat sponsors? Is it a violation of senate rules to invite someone to a hearing with the intent of them interrupting at pre-determined moments like a scripted reality show?

There were reports (including photos of it happening) that people had envelopes of cash and were paying protestors outside.
It is probably a stretch to say all of them were paid, but it seems like at least some of them were.
