You haven’t seen anything, bro 😂 I’ve seen people here in RUclips putting clothes on their iPhones or covering every inch of them. Personally I don’t put anything, if you are someone careful, you will handle it well without a case.
Please never buy lens protectors that actually go on top of the lens. The lens are already sapphire glass so will not scratch unless it's scratched by diamond and they are anti glare. Putting tempered glass on top of it brings back the glare.
But those sapphire glasses can break. So by putting extra glasses on lenses will protect the main lens. If it hit the stone on the ground, the main glass will survive.

If you get a camera lens protector you are trading your picture and video camera quality for protection in the 1% scenario that when you drop it, it's on something pointed and from a significant height to damage your lens. But then again you're introducing the weakness that your lens are no longer scratch resistant.

My iPhone 11 works well for me. When it stops updating or malfunctions I’ll get a newer one. People don’t have to have the latest and greatest nor keep showing off
