bro i running a 6350 t3t4 a/s turbo and there rods and there coilovers and a intercooler kit from them and love every bit of them they all do well granted om on my 3rd turbo but that is cuz i was trying to push them harder than was supposed to lol but tbh i hear a lot of shizz about them but in my personal use and opinion i love them they are top quality for affordable parts that are not trash .... but i just blew my headgasket yesterday morning but turbo rods ect all still doing fire and i keep it at 20psi ang constantlly sees 7k rpms and when further head work done im sure they will see and hold up to even more ...... peace and love my brotha and stay radical
I know its a running joke, but neither this nor any other civic I've ever heard, sounds like a lawnmower. They sound more like small truck, with some extra rasp and depth.

I had a few maxpeedingrods goodies in my old Miata including a turbo for the price the stuff isn’t to bad tbh only issue I ever had was coil overs had issues in the colder weather but winter get real cold in Michigan

@@licker1997 ehh… to make 1100 on a k series is pretty expensive… not to mention the price if your doing a swap. building a d series is right off the bat cheaper since it’s already in the car lol. also a k series motor isn’t necessarily more reliable. depending on what parts you put in your engine it’ll make or break either one
The K series engine and parts are a lot more expensive that the D16 engine so not true the D16 engine is a lot more cheaper and you can’t buy it in all the USA for a cheap price.
Civic content is my favourite i love nugget cars Also if you wanna make more power you gotta get a tubular manifold, those log manifolds are really bad for exhaust flow.
Evan u might not see this but u said u prob would do a fender flair but go a drag front end it would be worth it more aggressive and looks way better imo please

The D16 is a great engine to build you don’t need to build a k series en PR we have a D16 with 1100HP hatchback
Yes but by the time you spend all that money to make 1100 hp on a d16 . you can make 1100 on a k20 and more reliable
