      Luckily the Ukrainians expected the Russians would blow up the dam and had prepared boats and guns to attack people in the flooded area. In addition also coincidentally the Western reporters were ready there to make beautiful night shots of the brave Ukrainian troops. What a coincidence. The dam unexpectedly was destroyed by Russians and Russians who are stupid and didn't prepare themselves but clever "defenders of Snake Island" are always in the right place at the right time. So the British reporters.

      This is a Russian war against Africa, India and the Middle East using the production of food. By destroying Ukraine’s farmland, they are starving the people of those countries. Now naturally they will blame the West because blaming the West is all they know how to do. But the West did not blow up the dam or attack Ukraine. Russia can probably twist it so they did that too, since memory loss and cognition is so bad that most guys in the Duma are effectively Alzheimer’s patients anyway….

      @@KazimierzSurma Totally agree, Ukraine had it won in the first week. The battle for Hostimel airport was a stake through the Russians heart. Russia failed to take Kyiv in three days. Then their inability to take Azovstal in a timely fashion was an utter embarrassment. Having been driven out of the Kyiv region through lack of fuel and a logistical failure that led forces to beg for food or rob peoples houses they left much of their equipment for Ukraine (Ukraine recieved more abandoned vehicles than Russia destroyed)
      Then the way Ukraine drove them eastwards with Russian in complete disarray, again a catastrophe.
      Losing Kherson and Kharkiv and failing to achieve any objectives in the time frames given (if at all, Bahmut can hardly be held up as a success, losing masses of men and equipment, claim the town won for months on end when it clearly wasnt, breaking many deadlines only to hold the town for a couple of days before the tide reverses and it slowly returning to Ukrainian hands is a mastery of incompetence!)
      Now the Kohovka HPP, a desperate and spiteful act which just abput ehows Russia has given up on the idea of holding these territories.
      I am thinking of you dear Russians, good luck independant federal states. I look forwards to visoting Tatarstan etc when you have shrugged of Moscovias long tenticles.

    This is a planned event. As evidenced by the fact that since spring the water level has been raised by closing the locks in Zaporozhye to accumulate water. If you don't believe it, watch the video where the residents of the Dnieper in the spring wondered why the water level in the river rose, this has never happened. If I'm not mistaken , at 10 m . than usual. Then they blew up the dam (I think it's clear who) and the water gushed flooding civilians, their homes and livestock. This is genocide and a crime.
    P.S. For the incomprehensible, the leading question is who closes and opens the floodgates in Zaporozhye?

    • @paristo
      @paristo 10 месяцев назад

      Yes, the Ukraine controlled dam upriver was used to raise the water levels to the dangerous levels, and then they opened all gates to flood the Kakhovka dam. Locals told that they have never seen all gates open at once, that it was something totally strange.
      And then that way Ukraine generated the maximum water mass to Kakhovka dam. Ukraine that had daily shelled and shot rockets to dam, targeting the its gates, and likely now they did it with the sea mines or underwater drone. Same Ukraine doctrine as previously, from the airliner to nuclear plant to bridge to theater and town.... Excellent try for PR warfare but total lose when evidence doesn't hold up that it would have been Russia.

      By looking at the map and the terrain it really doesn't take a genius to see it coming. I would say even more, it doesn't take a genius looking at winds and air movement maps to predict what would happen if Russia would resort to even very local chemical or tactical nuclear attack. It would also harm Russia more than Ukraine. Russia is not in a favourable position in many regards, offensive war is always harder than defensive war. This military campaign was not a bed of roses for Russia so far, so really, before aftermath of this really spreads across mainland Russia itself it's probably wiser to start wrapping things up already. Surely, Russia hopes to prolong things and to exhaust Ukraine more but given overall situation on a global scale but also terrain, weather, season etc. dragging things will most likely work more to a detriment of Russia, not Ukraine. If India, China and Saudi Arabia have any way to reason with Russian leadership it's high time really. Later on it may be much harder to pick up the pieces for their " strategical ally". As for Türkiye, this disaster will impact this country directly for years to come in terms of environmental damage, so high time to tell apart more distant long-term goals from direct threats to its national interest and to work with other arabic-speaking countries towards bringing stabilization to this region, so that anti-pollution damage containment and natural resources restorative actions could begin. Otherwise, with each passing day Türkiye is going to works towards becoming the vicitm of this dam collapse no less than Ukraine itself.

      The Belgorod incursions show how poorly defended the Russians have left their border. Perhaps, now is the time for the Ukrainian army to launch a full scale invasion into Russia.

      What is comical is that Russia has leaked it itself to CIA and everyone else using it's own official channel. No, excuse me, this is not comical. It's on the verge of being suicidal. But looking at drowning Russian recruits at the site of this tragic dam collapse one may think that maybe this army simply for some reason have been pervaded with mass scale spread of sucidal tendencies. I know it's hard to comprehend. But haven't we seen, even this year, reports of "doomsday is coming " cults whose members were more than willing to torture and and kill each other or themselves? Haven''t we witnessed those cults in which regular members were willing to commit a mass sucide, just so the doomsday after which the world around them is supposed to become a better place overnight? ( I think this year we had such report from Africa for example. If I recall well. ) What we do know is the fact that Russia had a serious issue with finding one unifying factor for overencompassing Russia identity. And that instrumental usage of religion was attempted but didn't go as planned entirely. And Russians due to religious diversity do not give in to even Orthdox religion too easily these days. What ,of course, after years of USRR makes perfect sense. So what if the end result of this social engineering is in fact a kind of a "doomsday is coming- let's be enthusiastic about our own nation-wide and country wide suicide"? We cannot exclude it. However, no country till this day have ever experimented with it, so I suppose that ,judging by how events have been unfolding to this day, it may be very risky to mass engineer country using religion instrumentally to a such extent. Surely, Russia tried to learn from US in which the role of religion has been succesfully replaced with something many experts refer to as "religion of a state" and "religion of loyalty to the state itself". But seems to me that in all this ambitious social engineering process in Russia something has gone really wrong. And maybe we are witnessing the last moment, while a narrow ruling political leadership group is still in power when there is still a way to reverse it or simply to halt the process of further progress of those changes? Otherwise, I would say for the lack of any ther country that has ever came that cose to turning into " the doomsday is coming" suicidal religious cult group, nobody can predict what future holds for Russia. And I suppose this is the very last thing China or India would like to hear. Let alone entire Arab League.
