    How to develop Sattvika buddhi?

    • @radh8640
      @radh8640 Год назад

      @Dhiraj Madan
      I would start with researching what *Sātvik* is. Best place to start would be the 17th & 18th chapter of Shrimad Bhagwad Gitā. Then you go to the 16th Chapter.
      This is what I would advise
      1) Eat Sātvik food
      2) Do Satsangh (Engage with Sātvik people)
      3) Read Sātvik books (Gitā / Purān)
      4) Practice Maun and contemplate on what you have read
      5) Watch Sātvik channels & programs
      6) Reduce contact with violent content
      7) Pray & ask for divine help

      If you already are devoted to ShriKrushn or have faith in him, what I am about to say might be easier.
      Please refer to BG 12.8 and BG 12.14
      Please refer to BG 8.7
      All the above 3 Shloks, the message is the same
      Engage your मन & बुद्धि in ShriKrushn

      BG 2.66 & 2.67 teach the science of Life
      When our senses hover over an object ➡
      An attachment is developed ➡
      This leads to काम desire ➡
      This leads to क्रोध Krodh ➡
      This leads to संम्मोह delusion ➡
      This causes स्मृति memory to be bewildered ➡
      Bewildered memory destroys Buddhi ➡
      Everything is lost
      *The destruction of Buddhi indicates the destruction of the Jeevātmā*
      This is how important Buddhi is. Therefore always always do your best to protect your Buddhi

      To further emphasise the importance of Buddhi,
      and the impact that Sammoh and Smruti have on Buddhi, let's take the last Shlok spoken by ShriKrushn and Arjun in the Shrimad Bhagwad Gitā
      BG 18.72 ShriKrushn asks
      Has your Sammoh been destroyed?
      BG 18.73 Arjun answers
      My Moh is destroyed & I have regained my Smruti. This has happened by your mercy/grace
      Moral of story
      Pray to the Kind Lord of Shrimad Bhagwad Gitā and ask for his help
