He literally is, I don’t know why people think Joker is predictable, throughout the entire Dark Knight film he was literally chaotically unpredictable & was in control of everything happening, the guy was literally toying with a whole city for days nonstop & no one could do anything abt it. He had plans on plans on plans yet claimed to be a guy without a plan. His beliefs contradict themselves as he believes in something but that something is nothing. Ledger’s Joker has depth to him, that’s what makes him a much better overall character.

I'm curious how much more demonic the Goblins laugh would've become, if the show had been going for longer, because one can see how much Jokers laugh had developed over the years, since Batman show had been on the air longer, giving Mark Hamill a much longer time to refine the laughs. Don’t know why but I've always found the Joker's laugh silly, so in this case I'm giving the victory to the Green Goblin. The only version of the Joker whose laughter gave me the creeps is the dying Joker from Arkham City. This laughter, unexpectedly interrupted by a painful cough, is much scarier than any evil laughter.

I'd love to see Steve Blum voice the Joker someday. Technically, he did voice Joker in the original Lego Batman videogame, but the dialogue is all grunts and murmurs
