I love you and your videos, I get such a positive vibe from you but just wanted to point out that using rosemary oil directly without diluting it can irritate the skin and cause break outs even if you're not facing any issues rn, it might happen later so it us important to dilute it and also you're supposed to use a hairmask before conditioner thats what most hair dressers recommend

Body Scrub are actually damaging for your skin as every Physical exfoliant so instead a physical exfoliant use a Chemical one like Black Soap (2-3x a week) and use a Medical low Ph Body Soap for every day uses. Also use instead of regular Wasch loafs a African net Sponge (and wash it after every use) because Loafs actually can cause Body acne cause the dirt get build up in the loaf , also use before your lotion any oil because it locks the moisture in the skin and will keep you Hydrate . I found this things recently after struggling with my Skin so long I hope I helped some of you Guys out :))) - ps : Englisch isn’t my first Language so be kind with me ❤

Please dont forget to dilute the rosemary oil with a carrier oil. If you put straight pure essential oil on your skin it can cause a chemical burn.
