The Leadership Challenges

Nothing so conclusively proves a man’s ability to lead others as what he does from day to day to lead himself.
Leaders who win the respect of others are the ones who deliver more than they promise, not the ones who promise more than they can deliver.
Therefore, the will to succeed is important but what’s more important is the will to prepare.
(Exodus 18:21) “Moreover, you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens”.
There are numerous challenges facing Church leadership in the Church world.
These leadership challenges can be overcome if only we can humble ourselves, admit our mistakes and sincerely follow God.
