This is not just a problem with solidWorks but with anything such as being good at photoshop, after effects, autocad, flash player animations, etc.

Because me khud catia , creo , nx ,solidwork , plastic product design, sheetmetal design full pdha hai , 6 month se job search kr rha hun pr nhi mil rhi , aur mere pahchan me aise 8 peoples he jo TATA aur magna jaise company me se 3 year ka experience he fir bho job se nikal diya gaya job ki bhi security nhi he mechanical me , aur 3+ experience ke bad bhi 6 month de unko job nhi mil rha .....yaha sirf jinka reference he ya fir consulatcay ko 30-40 k de sakta hai unhiko achhi job milti hai ....varna life zand he ...so IT me bohot se course he jaha paisa bhi job security bhi hai.
