# 2 is my choice too. I can see Elon Musk or Hugh Hefner buying this and having awesome parties! Ironically its called "The One Condos" on Yonge and Bloor Street. I just gotta win the Lotto Max $70 Mill grand prize and then I can put a deposit on the Grand Penthouse. ;)

Some beautiful apartments---#12 for 12.5 million with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths? Really? I am sorry to say #1 is a disappointment----So overly done and reeks of taste of yesteryear---It would cost a fortune to redo it---I would take most of the first 4 or 5 penthouses---Love Toronto
