Hello sir, I am an Assistant Professor in the dept. of Mechanical Engg with 3 years of experience in teaching and administration. Now i'm planning to switch into a logistics industry. The skills which they are expecting is team handling skills and collecting data to prepare the charts to present once in a month regularly. So, If they raised a question like why you are switching from teaching to logistics. What kind of answer should i give.

Well technical discussion with team goes well but when I start on each project I sometimes glitch while self introduction to a whole team in IT.
