I love that you guys have a good time with Bocchi the Rock. People like to recommend reactors a mindblowingly heavy series without noticing that your schedule is already packed with those heavy stuff. I like that BtR becomes a good breather in-between and you seem to enjoy it.
That puke joke is my favorite joke out of 2022 Anime, nothing made me laugh as much! The way it just keeps going for good 30sec of non-stop live dam footage is beyond hilarious to me!
Especially since it is the easiest part of the song to play lol. Like for anyone that knows music it is almost painful that the focus on that like she is suddenly playing amazing during that part.

Easily one of the best band animations I've seen in anime. Not only is it accurate to the music due to using rotoscoping (and then repainting over it so it looks more like fully 2D). But also the director told them to play as though they were the characters, so you can see the personalities of the characters through their music playing animations.
If you listen to the album you’ll notice it’s different from the version used in the show. They recorded live tracks with intentional flaws just to up the realism. Attention to detail as good as any anime ever made.

They actually rotoscoped this, then drew over it to make it look 2D. I think drawing it 2D over CGIs and rotoscopes has been a widely used technique lately since I'm seeing more and more anime do this. Prolly because they know 3D sucks in anime 😂😂
