Props to the ladies for being resilient and not acepting 40 percent though they got a very generous deal from lorie i think it was a good deal for both sides not to greedy .
Sometimes too early is a negative thing. However, it appears in this case, based on what the entrepreneurs said, they just did not have the resources to expand, meet demand. Great idea taking the offer from the 2 sharks at 30%. So happy for all of them.
Yes, Daymond, not everyone lived in their mother's house and ran their business out of her garage, and only got a break because your mom ran an add for your business. Some people prefer to do it on their own.
A rare example where the entrepreneurs’ reluctance to accept was not a valuation dispute, but a “depth of involvement” dispute. 50k for 20% or 100k for 40% is the same valuation of 250k overall. I thought perhaps they’d split the diff at 75k for 30% (same valuation of 250k), but no, they got a full 100k for 30%. So they did very well. I think the Sharks could have offered 75k for 30% and it would have been accepted.
No way !!! they asked 50k for 20%, valuation was 250k They did the deal at 100k for 30%, which is 50k for 15%, at a valuation of roughly 330k Sharks paid more !!!!
Had I had money, I would have invested directly, since these two women seem very genuine and want to feed good things to the world. Sometimes, we should not do things for profit, if the right people come by.
Two sharks really missed out. They could’ve made so much money from this since the sisters are practically making millions on this. Went from 11k to over 5 million. Incredible.
Kevin is what's wrong with business and humanity. People who have had success putting themselves on a pedestal where they can talk down to people disrespectfully while adding absolutely no value. Just because these ladies came in humble and sweet doesn't mean they are dumb. In fact, they did what any smart entrepreneur should do and that is build a great product first. Congrats to them and their success!

Okay the thing about cookie dough you can 100% eat it. People have been eating raw eggs for protein in drinks. They even put them in alcohol drinks and have been doing since forever so why do you need to make a different one?
The funny part about this whole thing is all.of these sharks are pretty much billionaires sooooo..........them not taking a chance at a simple risk taker of 50,000.00. Is not a smart move not to mention its some sort of write off for them also.
