WOW lions don't look that big on television but when I met one in person my heart dropped. I was so scared I stayed there for about 12 seconds even though they were in a cage

Just a clarification, the chances of seeing a wild cheetah are... Extremely low!! Cheetahs sacrifice bulk for speed, so if a cheetah even wanted to attack you for any reason its gonna be a pretty hard take down unless ur a child... But there has never been a recorded lethal cheetah attack, if any attacks at all. But still respect that cheetahs are still extremely dangerous and powerful hunters.
Cheetahs are easily the most docile of the big cats. I would trust a completely wild cheetah, if alone and not starving, to not attack me. Sumerians breed them for centuries and it might have had a partial domesticating effect on the population.

I would actively engage at almost any rate of approach. Although what you said I factually true domesticated is a extreme stretch. The natives have spent many a generation in their presences. I admired jaguar for its many excellent hunting skill on land and water. I find cheetah is a bit weak and vulnerable even it can outrun anyone. However cheetah is also solidary animal, not suitable to protect its cubs from danger.😮

Ya, you have not heard of how aggressive tigers are once they decide to go for it. Fyi, male tigers fight each other for territory exactly like lions ! Tigers are solitary hunters which is why they will avoid unnecessary fights. That does not mean they wont fight if pushed beyond a point.

The weight of these animals is even more shocking. At least one Bengal shot by a hunter weighed over 850 pounds and several others have been recorded in the 600 to 700-pound range. However, the average weight of an adult male tends to fall in the range of 400 to 500 pounds. Female tigers are usually smaller but are still huge. Their average weight tends to hover around 210-350 pounds!
The Siberian tiger is another tiger subspecies that gets mentioned often, it's often also called the "Amur tiger" by some people. This animal doesn't get quite as large as the Bengal, but it is still huge. This animal can reach upwards of 600 pounds for males and 360 pounds for females. Ones in captivity are usually larger. The average size of wild cats tends to hover at around 300 pounds for females and 470 pounds for a male Siberian tiger.

Cheetahs arent dangerous because of the contact theyve had with humans throughout history. Egyptians used cheetahs as hunters and kept them near. There are no known deaths recorded from a Cheetah.

cheetahs have never killed a human adult in recorded history... theyre quite skinny and weak for being 130ish lb cat as they need to be light to run as fast as they do, so a swift kick to the side would send one into a slow death from injury....
cougars arent even big cats they arent related to lions and tigers very closely. instead theyre basically a large domestic cat, a weak bite force of 350psi makes them preferable hunters of smaller game, however they have large hind legs which enable them to wrestle larger prey like deer and alpacas by standing on 2 legs. they unlike cheetahs have attacked and killed people but people have also killed violent cougars with bare hands so they are in no way a true big cat in terms of threat either.
I thought it's only lions and tigers that are capable of taking a significant amount of human lives,with jaguars and perhaps leopards able to claim a few.

I understand the mountain lion is fairly close to a cheetah in build; the cheetah is of course the sleeker, lean, speed machine while a cougar is a master jumper and athlete. I wonder if they show up at the same family reunions.

cheetahs are like 120 lbs they run fast they arent supposed to be stronger than anything... the fast prey that lions cant catch are usually weak physically, the cheetah is no different it just evolved speed to catch the weak prey but in tern cheetahs themselves got weaker.
lions at their largest may touch 550-600 lbs, but even that is nothing to tigers which at their largest in the wild reaching 800+ lbs and captive tigers that are overfed can grow over 1000 lbs.... yea your average siberian tiger is heavier than the average brown bear in russia

Technically, the biggest of the cat family is not a tiger but a liger ( hybrid of a lion and a tiger ) and it's believed to be 2 times the size of the lion and tiger.

Cougars don’t have bite force of 2240 PSI. Jaguars have the highest bite force of all the big cats estimated around 1700 PSI while cougars have around 400PSI. Someone in your script writing seriously messed up.

Jags have the strongest bite force (1500 psi) and leopards have the second strongest bite force (1100 psi). Lions are pretty low down on the bite force scale, with a bite force of 650 psi. Still very strong, but they’re topped by jags, leopards, tigers and cougars

One time I ran into a panther but I was pretty far so I was ok but a few days after the deer in the forest started going away and not showing up but it left the area soon after
