I remember Pokémon R&S Pinball and Metroid Pinball. Got the former as a hand-me-down along with a Gameboy Advance from my stepfather and played a lot of the latter on the bulky DS.
Metroid Prime Pinball is thankfully an improvement from Mario Pinball Land. That said, Pokemon Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire is the best Nintendo pinball title.
