Inlay / Onlay Restorasyonlar Nelerdir ?

Merhabalar. Ben Diş hekimi protez uzmanı Dr Zeynep Lale Çalışkan. Inlay/Onlay restorasyonlar nelerdir? Aslında dişinizin çok fazla bir madde kaybı var, çürüğünüz çok büyük. Dişinizin bir yüzü kırıldı. Yemek yerken dişim kırıldı. Parça koptu diye gelen hastalarımız oluyor. Bu gibi durumlarda normal bir dolguyla ağzınızın içerisini kalıplama yöntemlerimizle yaptığımız dolgularla ağzınızda aslında uzun vadede hem çok güzel bir kalıplama ve güzel bir kontak ilişkisi sağlamakta da zorlanabiliyoruz. Hem de mukavemet açısından dolgunun ağzınızdaki çiğneme kuvvetlerine mukavemeti açısından da uzun vadede ağız içerisinde çok da dayanaklı bir restorasyon yapamıyoruz. Böyle durumlarda bizim inlay onlay dediğimiz aslında dolguyla kaplama diyebileceğimiz ya da ¾ kaplama diyebileceğimiz restorasyonlardan
yararlanıyoruz. Bu restorasyonlar bizim ağız içerisinden dişinizi düzeltip çürüğünüzü temizledikten sonra ölçü alarak, indirekt olarak yani ya laboratuvar ortamında yaptığımız ya da dijital olarak kazıma sistemleriyle yaptığımız seramik ya da kompozit malzemelerden üretilen, ağıza özel yapıştırıcılarla yapıştırılan restorasyonlardır. Bunları 2 yöntemle yapabiliyoruz. Klasik yöntemle ağzınızdan direkt hamur silikon kıvamında ölçüler alınır, laboratuvardaki teknisyen arkadaşlar da o ölçülerin üzerine elleriyle işleyerek restorasyonları yapabildikleri gibi, günümüzde daha dijital ve teknolojinin gelişmesiyle beraber kliniğimizde de kullandığımız direkt ağzınızdan kamera ile ölçü alıp herhangi bir ölçü malzemesi kullanmadan bu kameradan aldığımız ölçüyü dijital ortama aktarıp dizaynını bilgisayar ortamında yapıp, hemen kazıma cihazından da çok kuvvetli bloklardan kazınarak yaklaşık 4-5 saat içerisinde seramik restorasyonlarda, kompozit materyalden yapacaksak 2 saat içerisinde bitimine hazır hale getirip ağzınıza yerleştirebiliyoruz. Bunları uzun yıllar kullanabiliyorsunuz. Aşınmaya ve çiğnemeye karşı daha dirençli oldukları için dişinizin bir kısmını da kapladığı için hem dişinize destek olmuş oluyoruz hem de mevcut restorasyonun bağlantısını çok iyi sağlayabildiğimiz için de arada bir çürük olmadan uzun süreler kullanabiliyorsunuz. In such cases, we use restorations that we call inlay onlay, which we can actually call filling with filling or coating. These restorations are made from ceramic or composite materials that we make indirectly, ie either in the laboratory or digitally with scraping systems, after correcting your teeth and cleaning your decay from inside the mouth, and glued to the mouth with special adhesives. We can do these in 2 ways. With the classical method, measurements are taken directly from your mouth in paste silicone consistency, the technicians in the laboratory can make the restorations by processing those measurements with their hands, as well as today, with the development of technology and digital systems, we take measurements directly from your mouth with a camera and without using any measurement materials, they can be transferred to the digital environment. We can transfer the design in a computer environment, immediately scratch it from very strong blocks from the scraping device, and make it ready to be finished in about 4-5 hours in ceramic restorations, if we are going to make it from composite material, and place it in your mouth. You can use them for many years. Since they are more resistant to abrasion and chewing, they cover a part of your tooth, so we support your tooth and you can use it for a long time without caries every once in a while because we can provide the connection of the existing restoration very well.
