@@nftstealer4659 What i'm saying is a 7000lb truck is shit at offroading regardless of what kind of wheels you have. even with a proper lift and m/t tires its still too big and heavy. putting the money into one to make it a offroad rig is kind of dumb. only super trucks with unlimited budgets. get a sxs, some 4 wheelers, a real mud truck etc. i'm not a fan of this style "bro-dozer" truck but if i had a diesel it sure as hell wouldn't be used to go offroad. why would you want to destroy a $60k+ vehicle made for towing. use this thing to tow your trailer full of toys.
Depending on your year you may have the torque management not letting you put the power thru the transmission to let it build up boost and then burn the tires. I know the newer 6.7’s have horrible factory tuned torque management so you don’t destroy the transmission
@@Weld702 yep, the stupid torque management keeps you from being able to use the full amount of torque depending on conditions, if the system senses brake application and throttle it limits a bit, if you hammer in certain gears it does the same. I think legitimately tho the OP needs to learn to roll on the throttle properly and build boost instead of jamming the throttle down, I haven’t seen a truck yet even bone stock that wouldn’t still burn out if done properly.
