How much did your cosplay cost you? How do you afford it?
The outfit all together cost about 10$ through the Salvation Army. The bowtie was actually the most expensive part. I already had the wig from previous cosplays. Just shop cheaply and make it work.
What makeup do you use?
I use Ruby Red facepaint and matte eyeshadow (no particular brand). The stuff is cheap but is meant for children and thus sensitive skin, yet still gets the job done:
