I like your videos, don’t like being referred to as Boys and Girls on your entry to the video. Sounds like Captain Kangaroo.
@user-qd5mq3gn3y delete this it she whom ever. WOKE. , this point of AQUAMAN aka Key west waterman. Is that , in the words Water 'man", you are a troll, June month seems to show such
P.s
Say HI to your father, p.s. you had to have one, to be born. SO YES hello b p ys and girls, is MOST defined as such
Welcome, to real key west,
Love Your Work, Aaron. PLEASE stop apologizing to the key board
captains that make negative comments. They aren't worth your time.
You are actually the only one RUclipsr who use the entire fish, no waste at all, the other idiots just take the fillets, but you take all the meat as should be, I remember my grandma in Venezuela, we grow up in the Caribbean and we eat fish all the time and she use all the fish, soup with the head and bones, and on the grill the rest. Regards from Barcelona Spain
The best part was seeing the team work while hunting and in the kitchen. What a fish!
The play by play on this was outstanding.Man,I love your channel. The excitement you’re experiencing is wonderful.
so glad you enjoyed it!
He does the best narration of any angler/diver on RUclips.
Buy some dragonfly nymphs or eggs and put them in a pond or a few half wine barrels so fish can't get them and when they start flying watch your fly problem drop significantly. I had a fish tank outside so I could watch the carnage underwater during their nymph phase of life. Get some Praying Mantis eggs as well. Bugs won't have anywhere to hide and watching both species hunt is entertaining.
Thanks for the tip!
That's actually a really good idea
I've even seen people hang fake dragonflies around or wear them on wires on a hat. That would be goofy for the keys I think, but in Australia and some other places, the flies are relentless and prolific and I wouldn't be above it if it worked.
Aloha. When I was a kid growing up in Ohio, my dad would pay us ten cents apiece for praying mantis eggs. He’d string them up in the garden.
@@calvinh208Aloha. I visited Torqauy, Victoria many years ago on a surf trip. The trees were alive with flies, just a perpetual buzz. And not the house fly ones.
Wonderful video. Love the cheek fillet. Biggest cheek I ever removed was about the size of a quarter
perfect
Haven't said "WOW.......WOW........WOW!" that many times in a very long time! And all Aaron can say is, "Grateful!" That was the perfect comment! You deserved a nice fish, my friend, And Lisa too! Amazing African Pompano! You all support each other perfectly! DIBS ON BOTTOM, CHOWDER and RIBS!! Now, let's get started with a published version of "The Book!"
So impressive as usual. The teamwork, the harvest and the photography! Made my day. That's how I want to live! Thanks again for the video.
I’m from Fort Myers and I just want to say be safe from this storm. It’s been getting rough all around south Florida.
Gosh dang Aaron, what a massive fish! So happy you got that on film!!!!!
One i won’t forget!
Nothing better than the process of harvesting and use
Creates a sense of value and accomplishment that you can't buy
Amazing and well done.screw the critics, great video Aaron and crew

That was an awesome adventure congratulations to and your team for the great story and great harvest.
What an absolutely amazing Grouper! Michigan has a Master Angler Award, I hope you submitted that fish for Floridas equivalent. Congrats!!!! 🍾🎊🎉
thank you!
I've made Cod chowder a few times and once a whelk chowder ! I have never added any kind of flour and it's always ended up good and thick. I have always used the plainest New England style recipes I could find. No corn and absolutely no tomatoes.
you all are so much fun to watch... don't change a thing!!!!! LOVE IT
From Vietnam with love and passion about fishing! This is truly an amazing video❤
Aaron my man. That is an absolute stud grouper. Well deserved for a guy under water as much as you. Congratulations to your friend for the beast AP as well. Great video. Off to see what Madeline is selling now. Gotta love Mondays!

Looking Good Guys!! .. I want a Big Bowl of that Chowder!! .. Love this Stuff..
I find it amazing how you can tell all the grouper species apart.

I got chills and goosebumps.
Amazing to see such a organic touchless connection between divers/friends.
Amazing work, with a matching amazing fish.
What a memorable dive, awesome majestic fish. Great teamwork, totally professional. I remember when you and Jeffrey and company went to the dry tortogas. Candidate for video of the year!!!

Looks rely yummmm . Don't justify your self coz of fish you worked hard for it and utilized it all . Better than most . Great vid
What a cool video of a great hunt. Living the dream...
Another great one! Don’t. I love seeing Gods handy work when one gets harvested. Don’t let the haters deter you. Trophy fish are still delicious!
That was a massive Grouper.....I don't know how many times I've seen the Cheeks and Throats discarded.....Great to see the whole fish utilized after the harvest!!😎👀🤿
You and me both!
Those still photos are insane!
James is the man, never disappoints!
I've worked with your camera man for almost two decades. He is good man. He is a solid ping pong player....
haha he's one of few out there I trust! A great guy for sure.
A particularly good video. Your joy for the life you're building really shines here
I'm sure I'm not the first to say this but the Todd family would definitely buy an Aaron/Will cookbook.
Congratulations! Great Grouper! Love the chowder and Aaron... you keep on 'Cookin' by instinct, taste and smell'.
😏❤️🚀🤠
Love the dog dump at 17:11!
😆
Respect to her for being aware she wasn't capable of that shot in that situation. Would have been cool to see the record broken
I know, alot of respect to Lisa, she's an animal in the water. I really wanted her to give it a whack a little selfishly. Would have loved to have seen it.
been waiting for this one to drop since I saw those instagram pics... about to go to the gym but i'm totally going to watch it at the gym lol
haha we'll be here when you get back!
F*** the haters that's an amazing fish.
haha appreciate it!
Your adventurous spirit and amazing skills in spear fishing and cooking are truly inspiring! The way you embrace the thrill of the hunt and create delicious meals is incredible.
And I Am Floating Village Life
You cook the way I do. Sounds delicious!
You should look into having a duo podcast with 'The Fish Locker" guy (350k+ subscriber's), from Cornwall UK. He comes to Florida occasionally but all I see him catch are mostly Sharks and an occasional Barracuda . In the UK he's usually getting Ling Cod or lobsters/crabs
That chowder looked incredible - great show and what a fish !! Congratulations !! Love your channel Aaron
It has been a while and this was a marvelous treat...!!!...Thanks for sharing another great video...
awesome video, you guys really mesh so well I can see why you all live together. great job guys
Great job AARON. And man that soup!!!!
Only good thing about mondays!!
Absolutely loved this episode.
I absolutely love what you have done with your incorporating your fishing, cooking and friends. Class act arron.
I love watching your life.❤😊
Wonderful video, that grouper was amazing! Great how you didn’t waste any of it. The chowder looked amazing!
What a day!
Teamwork makes the dream work!
Wow, love it great job you make it look so easy!!!
Love it Aaron. So upset I didn't get to meet you when I was in KW. Top man. Keep up the epic work.
Love the video, can't wait to try something like your receipe. Keep on keepin on...
I could tear that chowder up! Amazing dish!
Aloha Aaron. Two awesome fish with friends and a beautiful day to boot. Impressed by the people you choose to surround yourself with. Liza had a potential opportunity for a record, but put her ego aside and declined. Chowder looked awesome, even without the bacon. Question? Do you notice since having met Will, that you utilize more of the fish than you used too? Or were you always like that?
Love this episode and looks amazing!
excellent harvest. As you rightly pointed out 3rd largest grouper in 15 years. Living in Kentucky if it was a buck it be high up on the boone and crocket scale. You ARE NO doubt the least fisherman who harvests to much. I have watched your channel for several years now and I get what you mean about the haters in this world.
Just had fried grouper cheeks at Hogfish Grill on Stock Island. Good stuff! Trying to figure out how to move our family down to the Keys. You are living a beautiful life
I remember growing up eating grouper cheeks off the days catch from my granddads charters. They were considered scrap back then along with the collars. They were the hanger steak of fish.
Every time I watch your videos, I have a feeling that I hold a breath when you're underwater. I don't understand, how do you manage the keep your breath hold for such a long time..
Beastmode on that Black and that chowder looked delicious!
love watching the videos, and i love to get some of those fish weather its the heads or the whole fis . love it
Congratulations, that's an amazing fish! This video made me hungry. I may have to cook something now.
Wow that looks so good! YUM!
I like the new kitchen angle
I love your channel. Me an sparrow (my cat) always excited to watch a new video! Great fish, great recipe!
haha love to see that!
Good fish, I caught a 38lber my last trip with Yuri which was my PB. It's amazing how big they look when they get over 30lbs
Love the team work
I do a very similar recipe for mini season and make a lobster bisque. The flurry is a perfectly sound way of thickening it but if you wanted to save yourself some time whisking, you can throw your butter dredged in flour once your trinity is softened a bit. It will get clumpy from the butter and flour then you just pour in stock and cream and cook your veggies until tender from there. Looks unbelievable though
That chowder looks amazing!!!
Great video Aaron! That was a beautiful grouper you got.
As an Atlantic Canadian, your chowder is not the way I make mine, but it’s very close in that it should be heavy on broth & light on cream. You should taste the seafood, not cream. Great job.
Thanks for sharing!!!
It's awesome how much you honor the fish you catch! Keep up the great work! We love the videos too, cheers!!! And I recommend you look into a deba knife for butchery, it is quite useful!
🙏 appreciate the tip will check it out!
Water men your fish chowder looks delicious good job but if I was able to try some of that fish chowder I mit of gave it a 5 star meal hint hints I am hungry 😊 you all enjoy the fish chowder have a good night
I love your videos and you make me want to get down there someday.
New England clam chowder is a favorite of mine. That chowder looked amazing !
Love your channel. Such a great escape from being land-locked in Idaho! :).
Living the dream man you’re truly blessed I’m sure you’ve worked your way to this life but sitting here nw Indians watching there videos I mean wow really makes me question my life
Another awesome video. I eat a lot of grouper, it's one of my favorite fish, but have never made a chowder from it. That's fixing to change. I have an old family recipe that has not been outside of our family for generations. I would love for you to try it.
Awesome effort guys n girls! Personally, I don't mind taking a large fish every now and then as they have already had a chance to breed/spawn multiple times and have done their part for the future population. Keep up the great work, appreciate it
Aloha. If I had a family or friends to feed, I would do the same. I’ve been so conservative over my lifetime that once in awhile doesn’t bother me or my ethics.
Aaron brother your free diving skills are very impressive as are your spear gun control and shooting!! Great fish!!
That’s an awesome vid bro!!!
I’ll be saving this cuz I’m gonna make me a big pot of that farso!!!
Thanks for sharing!
🕷️
Beautiful carbo, Capt. Pretty, pretty work!!!
Awesome job, from the water to the table. And good people to dine and enjoy. Love you man.
Looks so amazing!!! Yummy ❣️
What a great dive and congratulations on such a beautiful trophy fish! Appreciate your philosophy on harvesting and using everything a fish has to offer.
Key West Waterman or Dibs on Bottom cookbook perhaps?
Solid video! Favorite part was @cookingwithclams cracking a beer in the background! 😂
Great show thanks
