Its better to not be too close with them, and just because they're INFP, you don't have to feel that they're taking advantage of you, because they ARE. It's completely ok to not always please them and build your own boundaries, because they'll find their own way to cope anyways, and even better, that might made them think that they're doing something wrong. -Sincerely an INFP

Oh wait, that would only work if they both have the same values and moral boundaries, and if they are both mature enough I love my friend isfp, but Fi versus Fi can be pretty destructive. From my experience, isfp tends to be much more aggressive if his Fi is attacked, unlike the Infp who, no matter how much he feels wronged and takes a stand, as he's usually unable to deal well with pressure, the flight instinct of infp will appear, causing him to "accept" everything the isfp says, even if it hurts him Or they will break up
This one might be a hit or miss, depending on subtypes and maturity level (Personality Hacker recently released videos on Dario Nardi’s 4 flavors of each type - dominant, normalizing, creative, or harmonizing - super interesting to look into!). I’ve been with my INFP for almost five years now and we love getting nostalgic about the past together, goofing off, delving into and discussing spiritual things (I’m soo into the strange, out-of-this-world stuff 😆), hobbies, life, etc. I feel really safe being myself around him and just adore and support him with all my being! When the pairing works, it works really well ☺️
As a infp(i'm not generalizing all infps), in my expiriance, i really can't be with someone who doesn't match my energy. Extroverts draining my energy makes me feel sad and tired, i like them as friends, buti perfer introverted individuals. And i also have bad expirances with Entps. My friend who's an Entp (who i concider a close friend), he just wouldn't understand that i don't want to be interrupted when speaking. I litteraly told him "if i'm speaking, please listen, and don't interrupt me, if you disagree on something, please atleast let me finnish" and guess what? He just said "ok!" Yet ignored everything i just said and kept interrupting and not understanding that i have boundries. 2nd entp, he's smart, but he's really full of himself. I can tell he's not an Estp, cause he's verry intuitive, but he makes people outside of his friend group feel uncomfortable. Also i simp for istps, ik the cognitive functions doesn't match, but they're actually really friendly and i'm close friends with one before.

The ExxJs and IxxPs are part of the same group, while ExxPs and IxxJs are in the other. And, if you have this, you also have to remember that ISTJs repress their Ne, which is aux for INFPs and tert for ESTJs.
The first confirmed ENTP i met (xNFP here) ended up being super toxic and broke me down, just to build me up, then tear me down again. I've met another ENTP and he's genuinely one of the most awesome people I've ever met. We're best friends now haha I'd love to meet an ENFJ I've heard great things
As an infp I just want someone fun low-key drawn to entps for that reason, with enfjs and the front they're known to put up I'd feel like I'd have to be perfect abd I struggle already and esfjs are traditional, both seem way too worried about image and I'd only end up insecure and angry. I'd be funny frustrated with an entp but I'd probably be less insecure with them because were equally goofy
In fact, I got good conversation with ENTP. BUT sometimes he really got agressive thought and I stay calm to say nothing because it is hard to win an arguement with him.
I gave up on that concept guys.... Ever since my ex boyfriend whose an ENTP held a high ass set of expectations from me... And now? I can say that he's happily moved on surprisingly quick and what's so funny is the fact that he only dates women as long as he could be clingy to them out of their money. So yeah, I had a bad experience of a relationship coming from an ENTP guy....
