    How do you feel today?
    I feel heavy today for an unknown reason. I'm trying my best to manage my condition.
    What do you want to do today?
    Read, exercise, practice becoming the person I admire in the future.
    Good:
    I reminded myself of my purpose and focused, not letting unnecessary external factors shake me. Well done!
    Bad:
    None.
    Learning:
    The tragedy of life begins when we chase perfection. There are countless proverbs that reflect this idea. My favorite one is, "Perfection is just another name for procrastination." As this saying suggests, people often use the excuse of striving for perfection to delay challenges, becoming cowards. They say, "If I start this, I need to have this part prepared first, or people will think poorly of me." But this is not perfect preparation; it's just an excuse. One of the life truths I learned long ago is that people who care about what others think are not important. The truly important people won't mind your challenges. Those who will help you won't think negatively about your challenges. So just move forward. And if your first attempt isn't embarrassing, it means you've procrastinated for too long. The first attempt can be embarrassing, and it should be. Start with 10 people, then 100, gradually increasing the pace of your challenges. Otherwise, regret will be all that remains in your life. - Dan Martell

    One thing today: Finish my exercise routine early.

    Today's Insight:
    Looking at the bigger picture, failure often repays more than success. It’s an ironic statement, but it’s true. To explain with a little metaphor, failure isn’t God abandoning you; it’s actually showing you a new direction. It helps you find the right path when the one you're on isn't right for you. And I call that failure. The problem is that you can’t recognize this at the moment, and it takes time to realize it. But I hope that you, who are ahead, will understand this during your failure. That realization alone makes the difference. Failure isn’t a curse from God, it’s a blessing pointing to a more perfect path for you. Steve Jobs said, "The dots in life seem disconnected when you're looking at them, but when you look back, they form a beautiful picture connected as one." My life is the same. What seemed like the worst situation at the time, looking back, everything turned out perfectly. Everything happened at just the right time. I can only describe it as a blessing, not a punishment from God.
    Purity is the strongest force in this world.
    Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, good, and sincere.

    To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths must be maintained.
    A detox day should be kept at least once a week.
    Exercise and Diet:
    Split routine - No isolation exercises for muscle recovery. Compound movements with heavy weights like deadlifts.
    Muscle cardio, stretching - within 30 minutes.
    Mastery:
    A true master can remain calm in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always stay calm.
    Exercise for condition, not just for the sake of exercise.

    Start outdoor activities with a new routine.

    Training:
    Act as if you have already achieved it. - Today is the time to practice becoming my future self.
    Flow naturally like water.
    True love’s skill is not forcing a technique.

    What I see now, and what I think now, determines who I am.
    If something you can't enjoy is happening, it’s a signal that something is wrong.
    Where I am now is where my future is.
    Don't let my luck be scattered on useless things. Focus on one thing.
    Routine is a sacred act that finds optimal simplicity through years of trial and error.
    Greetings are done with the whole body.
    Mindset is body posture.
    Silence, moderation, immersion.
