I ended up creating unknowingly a Knowledge Management System using One Note for my last organization which was adopted from a micro scale to a macro scale within the organization. Wish I would've had this to understand what I was doing , but it's a great recap to reassess what things I could've done better, thank you for creating this!
Thank you for your comment--yes, I have known a lot of orgs implementing KM + One Note. KM is about Continuous Improvement and something that is about continuous learning--I love this area and there is much to be done. So many orgs need this function and are slowly adopting this practice.
