Don't really understand what you mean by gas powered, gas or electric you can overpower the chassis either way. All of there cars are flipping over ease long before reaching top speed. Don't need more power than that. Just personal preference, both can be absolute rippers! And of course there is the practical reasons to consider, but that's a given.
