And so is liszt's la clochette fantasy(which is based on this too), because that's essentially impossible too.

Not even close to be honest, this piece is in B minor while Paganini's 13th is in B flat major. This piece sounds a lot more serious and such while the 13th caprice sounds a lot happier and jumpy because of the staccato double stops, and double stop with accidentals.

There's one part that isn't too catchy to me but Liszt's version does not seem to include that. Welp. That's only my opinion. I don't really know.

There's actually a bell if you listen closely, hence the name. Just call me captain obvious.
It's about being able to contort the violin to make those sounds. Many professional violinists can play this... very few can do it justice.
