I've been an accountant in the industry for 10 years now working with large management companies, investment companies, and small start-ups. As I've been researching the start my own business, it has amazed how many RE investors hired bookkeepers/accountants that didn't know what they were doing. It truly is sad and has fueled me getting started sooner rather than later. Thank you for making great videos that are informative, helpful, and engaging! You've got a new subscriber!
So so true! Thank you so much for your comment! If you would like to connect with other bookkeepers and potential REI clients, check out REAB! www.incomedigs.com/reab
Hi! Thanks for watching!!! Great question. Everyone is a bit different depending on the scope...For just a couple properties...probably a few hundred per week. I suggest starting to talk to a few....As with everything...some are better than others. NOTE - Our marketplace will be live soon! This will allow you to connect w/ bookkeepers who have gone through our training!
I think Nick meant a few hundred a month. It is usually based on the complexity and size of your portfolio as well as the specific services the person is providing to you.

@@Incomedigs I'll definitely add it to my list. Despite being experienced, it seems like a great way to connect with others.
Nick - we're so lucky we found you and your course! Only wish we'd found you before hiring our old bookkeeper!
Wow! I really appreciate this feedback! Thank you so much...I appreciate you!
Hi, how do you account for mortgage payments made by property manager for the owner? Is it a liability decrease or simply owner withdrawal?

Thanks for sharing the video, it was helpful. What can I expect to pay a bookkeeper? I've got two properties and plans to buy more
