@TheAverageGuyTAG I actually used Thunder Wool the first few times I fought this guy, but I found out that Rolling Striker's actually probably the best thing against him. It doesn't do quite as much damage but it's very easy to hit him with many times with it when you get the chance. Also, jump + Triple Blade when he appears under the ground for some extra damage. Oh, yeah, and awesome mix, as always. I've been waiting awhle for this one.

This was a wierd fight. At first, I though Wily was going to bring back the killer room from MM2... I didn't think he was going to combine it with the Yellow Devil.

yep and its very decant plus im a nerd and i have evaluated 7 compared to vista and discovered that 7 was on sale while still in prototypeing stages so that means that it is unstable with a higher rick of crashong

I found the Block Devil kinda easy. Owait that's cause I only play on Easy. :P The hard part for me in that stage was that underwater bit with the see-saw.
I just got an idea, what if they made Megaman Starforce 4: Red Light and Megaman Starforce 4: Blue Sky And this would be the theme in the last place wich would be a cyberspace in a seperated dimension :D

SOOOOO HARD TO DODGE (even when you KNOW his frickin'-ass attack pattern) Fought him with Protoman, used up a dozen E-tanks and an M-tank, I beat him with T-Blade--and the floor F***IN' DISAPPEARS. I had to quit playing for the rest of the day, I was so severely p!**3d.
first time with block devil lost a ton of my items like 7 e-tanks and like 6 lives so i restarted the whole wily fortress and this guy was easier. still hate him though D:

@TheAverageGuyTAG Yeah, Thunder wool is great against this boss, you just need to have really good timing on hard mode or you might not hit it at all. I won't be merging Wily stage 4 with the boss theme, they work better as separate songs.
