Welcome back Fighty Friends to another episode!
THIS ONE WAS A BUCKET LIST FOR ME ON THE PODCAST - today I sit and have a great back in the day kinda chat with former Muaythai and kickboxing world champion - Mr. Jason Fenton! we have been trying to do this over the last few years, so I am stoked we were able to MAKE IT HAPPEN
Jason was the first guy I ever saw with Muay Thai shorts on in real life, and I simply have followed him ever since! (story included in the pod) - we talk about the grass roots happening in BC, his opinion on the traditional vs entertainment era of Muaythai, the unstoppable team of the late 90's and early 2000's that he was on at Mike Miles gym and of course his favorite fighters from Thailand and outside of the motherland, of course I ask about his favorite fights that he was in as well over the years.
It's been a LONG time since I have been able to sit and chat with Jason outside of lil Instagram comments - I was really excited about this one and maybe fan boy'd out a touch
