There should be a program where when these people come in they are signed up for some kind of community service that makes them contribute to their support. And why are there more unlicensed bikes on the road? No wonder they do what they want there is no constant punishment for them breaking the law. By the way there are 2000 more that are on their way. Must be why Texas has been sending in more national guardsmen to the border the past few days.
