Can you start a hedge fund using an unregulated broker such as those on forex or would it have to be a regulated broker?

Bridger Pennington:- Bridger we are going to start asset management services(PE)in India but we are not getting the proper information from nowhere that how networking works in asset management. I mean to say how PE funds or Hedge funds connect with investors.
