I feel like Lilly didn't really understand what Trevor's interviews are like, they don't have audience shots and for the most part it's a casual conversation style but she tried too hard to make jokes and address the audience while Trevor tried to ask questions he genuinely wanted to know the answers to.

His questions were good, but there was a weird awkwardness, maybe they like each other haha I think Lilly was all conscious n tried to look more confident than she prolly was, I'm sure she gets nervous at times too.. +Anon Kapo well if you didn't like the first part (e.g because it's cringeworthy, like some people said) then the second half of the video probably won't be much better. And leaving constructive/ respectful feedback is one thing but some people really need to chill. These are the ones I'm talking about. They insult instead of moving on. If you don't like someone that's in the video, that's fine. But if you insult that person or what he/she's doing or complain about why you have to watch this, then maybe they shouldn't waste more time in being disrespectful. :) And that goes for all videos haha

Too many jerks on the internet nowadays. If she's on the show there must be a good reason for it. They could've called anyone like Ryan Higa who has 16 million subscribers. To those who never watched her videos don't be quick to judge. She's more than a youtuber, she's genuinely a nice person and her viewers consists of mostly teens. If you're looking for adult jokes go elsewhere. And she just began going for tv interviews, don't be so hard on her. Why do people waste time commenting bad things about others -.- you have a choice to watch or not watch.

Oh dear. This was cringeworthy. Not because Lilly OR Trevor are any less awesome,But because their humours don't align.There was no banter- which disappoints me cause these 2 are some of my favourite online personas. Trevor was only blunt-But he yet lacks that quality which Ellen D. seems to possess whilst interviewing,To be both blunt & camaraderie.

Trevor's questions were pessimistic and somewhat misleading... Why would you ask her the reason to move to the US and television when he has himself made a very similar move.
Hollywood and making it in the US is the dream for many artists be it for money or creative satisfaction and they shouldn't have to justify their ambitions in front of a live audience. This was awkward, but Lilly did a good job of coming up with funny stories.
You forgot that he was talking about the internet, that youtubers and social media stars like Lily are the future of entertainment or the future celebs so his asking what's the point in transitioning to Television/Hollywood when people like Lily are the future.

Trevor is not a natural interviewer in my opinion, it comes across forced.
+prashant bhatia RUclips stars have commented several times on Television stars moving to the internet, i think someone said something about someone from Television being in the RUclips Rewind video, they are two different platforms and like Lily said she had to get used to it as well, i think it was a genuine question to ask. And she did make the move to be fair. True, that Trevor made the move to the US but there would be no point to the interview if he were to just assume and answer the questions for her, he's asking for the rest of us at home.

They should mention most of all the RUclipsrs do all the stuffs by themselves or a team of a few people, like writing a script, shooting a video, editing it and uploading it, which TV production companies do with a huge squad.

i love trevor, i really do. he's adorable and great and funny. and lilly is also my fav youtuber ever. but this interview was a little awkward i think. probably b/c trevor needs to develop his interview skills still (watched his first interview with kevin hart and that was... but he's slowly and gradually getting there). you have to build a camaraderie, don't ask too many provoking questions and ask original questions (pretty sure she's answered that 'depression' question too many times) that makes her open up. she was trying hard too, trying to make jokes and get them to laugh because how nerve-wracking is it to be on tv. anyway i think it just takes practice. for both of them, they just need time to get the hang of it :)

+female todd Helloooo, just wanted to say that Trevor is INCREDIBLY talented, as I have actually been to the show various times as part of the audience and his interview questions toward to the audience as very creative and he does communicate nicely. However, all interviews (answers included), ARE scripted, so he does not entirely come up with the interview questions, but most of the jokes, he does, but they are set into the teleprompters by a woman named Allison, who is super cool as well. I think that they do as these questions to Lilly to kind of get people to understand the sincerity that her fans get from her comedy, and her development to see how far she's come. Besides, The show is only half an hour so hopefully other shows and interviewers find something more interesting than Lilly's beginnings. But, it's not a script entirely up to Trevor, just saying :) (not trying to be defensive lol)
lol i take back what i said humbly. i make presumptuous comments sometimes just like the rest of that negative crowd. trevor's great, i have no complaints. i watched one of his recent interviews and i think that went really well. (i'm a journalism student so i get all preachy even tho i'm hardly one to talk)

I do somewhat like Superwoman's humor, but I feel like people who really like her videos like her loud, free, and repetitive jokes. They aren't entirely original either. I do admire her ambition and want of fun and happiness, but she shouldn't always bring that onto every single interview. The format of the today show, the audience, and the environment is much more mature than her fan base that mainly consists of teenagers. Because of this Lily should understand that you can't always be loud and goofy on every interview. She kept mention how handsome he was and just a lot of random phrases, even though she explained in her vlogs and in the comments numerous times that she was tired, that still isn't a valid enough excuse. In a show mainly focused on current events, she really should have tried to stay more focused on the questions and a bit more mature. We all understand that she is very relatable , but she should be able the understand the time and place in how to be like during an interview and to not be all over the place and a bit childish.

lilly tried a bit too much here. she was fine with fallon. i dont get it. i think jimmy fallon asked more questions where she could shine answering them and trevor actually asked some profound questions and lilly tried too much to go the comedians road.

No one can have great chemistry with everyone but I love how professional she was even though (again in my opinion) she wasn't as comfortable as in the tonight show.
