Bardock skills are pretty nice, but I didn't tested them out enough. If you are using a Saiyan cac the switch from Brave Heat to Saiyan Spirit ultimate skill, since it has much better hit detection on your enemies. He will also give you some interesting lore regarding the DUAL Ultimate skills. Best way to increase Bardock's friendship meter is to wear his outfit from vanilla game (he will also have unique dialogue on Fasha's outfit), and using his skills, or taking him on PQ/Infinite History Saga (this also works in boosting the damage on DUAL Ultimate: DUAL Brave Heat).

I agree that Bardock has some good skills. I also hope Fasha gets into the game eventually.

It's really a high probability that we will get her in the future dlc packs, since they gave us Broly (Restrained Z) base form in recent dlc.
