I keep the Midori on after it’s too chunky for Hobonichi cover…and it holds up. It’s very chunky now…I use the monthly, weekly and daily section to full extent…sprocket photos (occasionally), washi tape daily, magazine illustrations, and watercolor (not much but I do have some pages). Im at that point where it’s tough to design on left hand page. I love the cousin so much!! It definitely IS a Life Book.
I find the Midori mini sticky notes are terrible if you use liquid ink pens - the bleed and feather is awful! They are only suitable with ballpoint ink. Such a shame as they are the perfect size.
@@lethbridgepaper I find Post-It notes (the brand) can be hit and miss but I have some that work brilliantly with ink. So I use a circle paper punch to make my own mini post its. A bit of a faff workaround but I have the perfect sticky notes!

Yes so true! Although I’ve never found a sticky note that works with ink pens so I just accept it at this point.
