It's crazy that there are so many choices compared to when I first started this planner journey. So far I am good however, there is one that I want to try but I have to hold back and be strong....lol. Wishing everyone luck on the temptations out there.

Devoted and loyal Hobonichi fan for personal (but W22 for work) but Just Scribbles just announced her new planner which incorporates all the things I love about Hobonichi and Wonderland 222. I have not ever deviated from my usual go-to planners - even when Sterling Ink announced her planner or Papertess or when Take A Note was popular but I think I will this year. Hopefully, I will end up liking the purchase and use throughout the year. Also, wanting a change because my life needs have changed and thinking about putting everything in one planner instead of splitting it up. Enjoyed the video and the "rambling"!

Me too I recently changed my role amd non I have meetings and I need to take notes and take actions and send e-mails... so I like your daily pages set up. The only concern is... when I take notes during meetings I tend to write in bigger size and less tidy. Are you able to fit this quite small space on the right? I would like to see a (fictional) exemple.. if you like, in a future video😊

Wow! That size pouch packs a lot. I debated about which size to get, and then decided on the larger one so it can fit my Hobonichi Cousin. That was the deciding factor.

I need the ultra mini versions of the delfonics. Where did you purchase?

I LOVE My Kodak personal printer, too! Never leave home without it!! My Delfonics pouch is the same .. over stuffed with goodness! Fun to watch and see all the similar stuff I have in mine!!

what is the brand of this notebook?

This was really interesting to watch. I usually find he Jibun Techo a turn off, becuase of how tructued it is, but I do enjoy seeing how people use it and make it their own. I wouldn't mind at all if you end up doing a - how did it work out - video after a few months of using it.

Good you found out it wasn’t for you. I know that relief & joy. I personally am a Hobonichi girl - love the a6 for my dailies & have started a cousin as an astro journal. Love the paper. My flip-flop was between dated and undated, oh boy have i facilitated on that! 😂 Enjoy your bullet journal!

I am also in a similar situation. My current trackers haven't been working for me. And, am looking forward for some changes. One suggestion that I could give you is - Ask yourself what kind of modification would help you look forward to using your journal more frequently than now. Let me know if that worked and wanna know your update.

For the last 3 years I’ve used a Cousin and a Weeks. The Cousin has everything in it. The Weeks only has appointments and errands outside of the house- I write lists of things to buy there. I use the weeks monthly to track workouts. It was important to not have a lot of duplication- I didn’t want it to feel stressful to keep up. It’s worked out really well so far. When I went on a two week trip I just took the Weeks. They are a dream team for me. Next year I plan to use a personal rings the same way I use the Weeks. I feel compelled to keep/store the Weeks, but I really will never refer to that information again- anything important is already in the Cousin. Maybe I’ll feel more comfortable just recycling loose paper😂

I started 2024 with three planners. I stopped using Weeks because of the issue of copying stuff in two planners so I focussed only on the Cousin and my A6 Hobonichi is purely for gratitude and other mental health stuff. I did purchase B6 Common Planner purely because of the size to see if that size would suit me for next year because in 2025 I really want to have just one notebook for everything.

I had that sunshine yellow Hobo Weeks last year and loved it for my real life / podcast & radio crossover because of the notepages at the back and then a work diary but this year I decided to try and merge real life and work life into a hobo cousin. It's sort of working but I'm finding that lugging the cousin between home and work is a chore and I'm not using the weekly pages as much as i thought i would.

Nice review. I honestly believe the jibun would be the perfect planner if it had the week in between the days. I’m noticing for myself that I really just don’t like flipping back and forth hence I end up not using some layouts…I’ve been thinking of just going back to bullet journal but implementing the jibun layout for my days…let’s see

Nice overview! One of the Jibun Techo Diary starter kits comes with a shitajiki that has an elastic band. It slides into the back cover slip pocket and the band can be used to hold the notebook closed. I'm not sure if it's sold separately, but it works perfectly. I love my JT and yet I still keep buying Hobonichis, Travelers notebooks, Stalogy, etc. 🤣

I believe Jibun Techo is not TRP. It's made by Kokuyo.

Awesome video, as usual! This notebook is very flexible, you can create an even spread at any point by opening it on itself, so that the covers are on the same side. (I hope it makes sence.) Sending lots of love from Budapest, Hungary ❤❤❤
