They nailed it saying they were aiming for this to be an iconic movie with iconic characters just like Mean Girls. In my opinion, I enjoyed this movie a lot more than Mean Girls. I just hope that if/when they do make a sequel, it won't fail horribly like the Mean Girls' sequel.
