And that’s why lol - She is a decent buffer for Ayato and Arlecchino, but there are better options. Five stars, you have Yelan, Mona, and several others, and four-stars, you have Bennet and Cheveruse which raise Arlecchino’s personal damage to massive degrees (and you can round out the team with fischl, one of the most common units almost everyone has at C6)
You took Arlecchino which has huge damage, so the % looks like good, but numbers lie a lot in this game..
Try the same on any other character, the buff will barely be noticeable.. i love her , she's simply bad tho... you could have swirled with kazuha, better buff, yunjin probably give more damage too and has a much tankier E when pushed down since its geo, so she can tank HUGE damage like nothing..
sure, if you have NO BUFFERS, she's better than no buff at all -.-
@vbarreiro I did the mono pyro arlecchino in this channel ( with bennet, chev, kujou etc.). Ofc they are not capable of doing elemental reactions, and the damage output was almost same. So what i'm trying to say is that if u want to deal massive damage with them u need to properly waste your time like for bennet u need to level up his burst or for kujou u need to level up her elemental skill for more buffs. But for Candace, you don't need to level up her talents cuz her burst gives the same %20 bonus in every level or you don't even need her constellations. I'm not saying don't use bennet or kujou, i just want to show people that 'you can play with everycharacter' in this game, if you love their design or gameplay just give it a try.
I just don't know how, and Sumeru characters are a pain to farm.

basically XD sucrose give a 20% EM damage to "elemental damage" which already make her better because its not limited to normal attacks.

Ive loved Candace since sumeru. I use her in my main team (Elec Trav, Baizhu, Benny, Candace)
top 10 troll teams
#1) elec trav (no more words needed)
#2 baizhu without furina (no more words needed)
#3 candace without arl (no more words needed)

✨↓ The most logical reason why people still don't use Candace even with C6 ↓ ✨
1) Her parry skill even with 13 talent have a little damage without vapor reaction (20k even with legendary spear and very cool arts) and her parry skill don't block all damage only about 20k if u have 40k hp... so your parry skill can be broken.
2) Her burst skill need 80 energy to activate this is why Candace needs 200 energy recharge... and her burst duration only 9 sec... Seriously? Yep... even Noelle with her energy problem ultimate duration is 15 sec... Candace burst works only for infusion for usual ELEMENTAL (Don't work with physical) attacks and make 0,5% extra elemental damage every 1000 hp. That means if your Candace has 40k Hp = 20% extra elemetal damage for usual attack. So... it's just nonsense.
3) Her usual attack don't make a lot of damage even with 10 talent... so... her usual attacks it's just nonsense.
4) She can't cancel her parry skill with dodge button or jump button like Beidou and just stand while you until you use it.
5) Almost no one character in the game can use Candace burst buf in party really good.
Here’s the verdict -> little personal dmg + small buf bonus which can really good to use only 3-4 characters in the game = Why?
And people say my ayato team shouldnt have her lol
your ayato team would benefit more from any other support compared to Candace... even simply giving 20% elemental damage + EM with sucrose.. kazuha, bennet. why would Candace be better than any of them? in which planet?

@@jeanmahmoudventilateur3480 Bruh, Candace will work much better energy-wise. Plus it's hydro resonance - which buffs BOTH her and Ayato. Yes, he has additional HP scaling. Yunjin is also much harder to build. Not everyone has great Husk build.
She is also very good in my Frèminet main team, so i think that she is also a very great support for cryo^^

personally I just use Candace as a main dps because she’s so pretty. this might be a hot take but I think Candace should’ve been the 5 star instead of Nilou.
Agreed if Nilou didn't make bountiful cores. If it was just regular ones, then yeah the switch is needed
I do. I like her very much. She gives infuse too, so you can do elemental damage with normal attacks. And we have good HP polearms now! Also, she scales on her HP only, there are plenty of artifacts for her.
My bsf still mains her even tho she has xianyun dehya and navia
I play her as a main dps and it is so satisfying seeing those 100k from one elemental skill.
Wow it must be amazing xd 100k from a shield. That's what i want to see actually. People playing with their favorite characters ( it can be their design or base kit) and gets fun out of it without thinking the meta or whatever.

I use her on a mono hydro team. The problem is that my Furina and Kokomi are so broken sometimes my Candace doesn't get to do anything
Sadly, I think only Xingqiu can maximize hydro infusion. I guess there's also Nilou but I don't have her so I'm not familiar with her kit. Ayato already has built in hydro infusion, while the others don't have a melee weapon. Honestly, it's kinda sad that Furina doesn't work with her as I think Furina's NA scale off ATK. I was kinda expecting Furina would save her. Also, her hydro infusion is a Q ability. As opposed to Chongyun's cryo infusion being his E.
I guess it's a similar case with Chongyun. There aren't any 5-stars that could fully benefit his E. Ayaka already has built in cryo infusion, so that leaves Qiqi. For 4-stars, there's Kaeya and Rosaria.

Yeah that's sad if u want to play with her, you need to use at least one anemo in your team but i don't care that much xd i just want to play with different champs and want to show people that they are not that bad compared to the other characters. We have 5 min content daily in the game so why shouldn't we change the game playing with other characters xd am i wrong?

She need a character that benefits from different infusions and has normal attacks as main damage source + interacts with hydro. Before such character releases she is useless and you always have a better options(Yun Jin or even better). Also she has awful uptime on her ult in base kit (9 secs work and 15secs cd) which is "fixed" by her C1 so without it she is just pitiful. I tried her and it wasn't worth it
well guess what, that character just released, its called arlechinno. candace is arlechinnos best aoe hydro support. additionally, shes not useless. if you dont have yelan shes perfect paired with xingqiu in dendro teams

But I dont mind to repeat myself) Arlecchino is not THAT character because she doesn't benefit from infusions and Candace definitely not her BEST aoe hydro support. About dendro teams: she has too little hydro status at least and at most any other hydro character would be better or not worse as hydro applicator

also: arlechinno DOES benefit from the hydro infusion. if pyro ever overrides hydro, you switch to any other character, use an NA, then switch back
@@kenkok6940 also if you dont have yelan/furina, candace is your best option over any other hydro for hyperbloom teams. you might still use her anyways bc yelan and furina are often used together

Just did a test, to be sure about my words.
My candace has 40k Hp , talents lvl 9, her burst give 20% elemental damage to everyone and hydro infusion to melee weapons. but the elemental damage is for everyone if you have your damage infused, so it work on catalyst too , and 20% damage from her passive as i have 40k hp
"SUPPOSED" 20+20% , i don't know how they add up, but it sound a good boost.
My wrio with NO buffs, get a 8900 on his last hit of the normal attack chain, with Candace buff, he hit for 10k...
REAL damage increase, barely 10-15% , i cannot call it good even if i try.

candace is also supposed to be a sub-dps, shes not great with wrio bc freeze isnt the best reaction on him but its still pretty good

Why would you get a Candace for arlecchino instead of ANY other support? sure it can have SOME good points, since when switching Arlecchino does not lose her infusion, but still nothing another char can't just do better.
Also.. the fact that ONE character in the whole game, now benefit from her, doesn't make her "good to play"
@@WastedTalent83 this is literally redundant since candace IS better than yelan in aoe for arlechinno. arlechinno doesnt just benefit from candace, candace IS a bis arlechinno teammate that is BETTER THAN YELAN. arlechinnos not the only option either, candace is good paired with xingqiu in hyperbloom teams, and if you dont have yelan/furina, its fair game. candace isnt a perfect 4* and she does have her limited use cases, but she isnt bad and moreso decent. also you wouldnt call faruzan a bad 4* especially if you have c6, but if you dont use any anemo dps she becomes useless.

Sadly, she is super outclassed by someone who can do it better: Yun Jin. Her DMG buff is pitiful even at 50K+ HP

I love Candace, i tried to make her feel good to play in many ways.. i suppose its probably cause i don't have her C6, but she just feel wasted spot in the team. Literally, ANY support give better damage buffs.
Actually i can do a video for yunjin too xd, she's super good tbh.
in Arlecchinos case Candace does perform better than Yun Jin (although Candace has to be c6) as she can provide good aoe hydro app for Arlecchino to vape alongside the normal attack buff as well but that is pretty much the only team Candace fits into without being a struggle pick xd

I have c2 Candace, love her, and have wanted to use her, but the lack of hydro app makes it so hard to justify a slot for her

Her kit is a mess..
She does amazing things, but all of them are bad..
the infusion is very short..
the damage increase is negligible, very small compared to any other support that increase damage.
Her damage is subpar because she's not a dps , her hydro application is bad unless you have like 300 ER and can always keep her burst up and she is C6.
I love Candace... she's one of the best looking characters, but also have one of the worst kit aside Amber dori etc..
And to the people that ALWAYS come with bullshit like "yea but my candace can bla bla bla"
Sure your candace can, and im sure SOME people can even abyss with her, but that doesn't make a point in the least. ALL characters can work with broken support and artifacts or weapons. That's not the point.. the point is comparing her with THE SAME mid artifact/weapons, and make her feel useful.
comparing her to amber is crazy talk lmao. shes not THAT hard for players to use, and she has found her place with arlechinno, which hopefully means theres more to come for her in the future

Unless you are forced to use her cause you have no better options.. bennet, sucrose, yunjin, yelan etc etc... Sure she's not as bad as amber but has probably the same use rate, because she's just too easy to replace.
@@WastedTalent83 you blind yourself with your biases. candace is situationally better than yunjin, candace is 100% better for arlechinno in aoe than yelan is. none of her teams would make her replace sucrose or bennett.
@@WastedTalent83 at the end of the day you can still use yelan, i wont care, but to deny candace even when i show you the teams shes good in (doesnt matter if shes replaceable if shes still good), is harmful and will dissuade using a character they like when its actually good for them to use that character.
I'm one of those "clear abyss with Candace" people, it really doesn't take bonkers supports, I only use one c0 5-star, and only 5-star weapon is Aquila on Bennett.
It DOES take some really busted artifacts, though. Like 35+CV with Atk% and EM on every piece. I'll 100% admit that the gear would work better on almost anyone else in the game, I just enjoy being able to do something stupid with a cool character that was saddled with an absolute mess of a kit.

shes arlechinnos BIS aoe hydro support though, and provides a nice layer of defense for her too. shes not the best and is very niche, but shes not as bad as people make her out to be. diona isnt a best in slot character for any team really, but shes still praised for what she is.

@@dragonup9300 because candace has more consisent hydro app than yelan, yelan is purely single target and her damage buff is actually ANTI-SYNERGISTIC with arlechinno since arlechinnos damage starts out high, but then turns low, making candaces damage buff waaaay better. candace has been getting people faster clears than both xingqiu + yelan with arlechinno. its not "bullshit" if it works, and its better than 50 - 250 yelan.
