      @@appleGuruPlus Thanks for the reply. I somehow figured out what happened in my case. I got a new iPhone and restored all my data on the new phone. iCloud was grayed out but there was no notification shown on the new phone to accept new iCloud term and conditions. I tried everything but nothing worked. Then I discovered that the iCloud was grayed out on my old iphone as well and there was notice on the old iphone asked to agree with term and conditions. When I clicked agree, both iCloud on the old phone and new phone turned ungrayed 😂. Luckily I haven't got rid of the old iPhone or the mystery would forever stay unsolved 😂

      @@bopang466 I see 😍, Happy to hear that you Figure it out and notice the Old iPhone notification. Too be more Clear . the Notification related to the iCloud account not to the Device, and due to you already got iton the old iPhone it will not show on the new one , anyway even if you don't have the old iphone , sign out and in again could help to accept the terms and the condition.       @@appleGuruPlus That's strange. I tried logged out and logged back in multiple times on the new iPhone but the terms and conditions never showed. If I did not keep the old phone, I would still be struggling.
