Excellent mechanics. I already do the racquet flip on my forehand, but have difficulty with the racquet flip on my backhand. I first noticed the backhand "racquet flip" last summer during an ITF 60K event in Lexington, KY. The racquet flip in Alexa Glatch's backhand is very pronounced. I didn't understand the mechanics of the backhand racquet flip until I saw your video. So thank you very much. I'll try this on my ball machine.
