Our '16 Cruze is much worse! You have to remove part of the console to gain access to the left-most glove box screws. I've had the K&N cabin filter on the ole "Jungle Website" watch list for a long time, just haven't pulled the trigger on it yet. 🤣
Wow that's amazing about the Cruze! Anyway, i went back to regular filters, just toss and replace!
looks like that cabin air filter design was an after thought. I have that same Titan swivel ratchet and it comes in handy at times.
Right on, they fixed the air filter housing in the 3 rd gen LaCrosse. In my 2017 it right inside the glove and nice and easy to replace. Yesh, that little rachet puts in some work when it gets the chance.
