I live where it's summer all year long (Phx, AZ). It's all fun and games, until your skin becomes leather, your hair becomes straw, all your plants die, you get burned by your seatbelt, you stick to leather seats due to sweat, and everyone is mean because they're always hot and cranky. People die from the heat here every summer. I had to work outside for a few days this summer for work, and I literally had to cut off 3 inches of hair, because it got fried in the sun (even while wearing products to help prevent sun damage) It's beautiful where you live!
My acupuncturist has used weighted tuning forks on me in the past and I LOVED how it felt. I might just have to invest after seeing your enthusiasm in this video!
I add a small amount of olive oil to a spray bottle with water to work as a leave in conditioner :) it's great for curls because it helps with frizz too!

Well Mexico is the place to live in a summer season weather all year long, specially from the center where Mexico City lies going straight south, oh, and you can never go wrong with a weather near the ocean and beach. One of my favorite places to go is Oaxaca´s beaches, search for Zipolite, Mazunte, Puerto Escondido and others around, you are invited to come any time and I can be you tour guide, also houses are pretty cheap in pesos.
I want to do some research on tuning forks they sounds so interesting. My dad had those when I was young, I would play with them and I had no clue what they were. You look amazing by the way!
