Man I'm tired of people thinking THQ had anything with development. They're the publisher, yukes was still the developer all the way through 2K19 and 2K only ever started developing starting 2K20

“30 years of WrestleMaina” is such a great showcase, it doesn’t feel like a chore to play it. 2K14,16 and 19 are my top three with 2K.

2k14 is a national treasure!
I personally think why wwe games removed "create a story" is that wwe is insecured of youtube content creators. Wwe is afraid that yt creators might produce good storylines than actual wwe script writers.
Nothing to do with it, but close enough, It's definitely due to the offensive shit happening on those stories shared around CC.

If there was ever a defining way to play this game again with the servers still up (same can be said for past games from 2010 to here), it would be a sight to behold. No Mercy and HCTP get all the modding attention but a game like this needs that kind of love.

2k14's universe mode is my favorite in the series... So many epic memories
WWE 2K14 is my favorite wrestling video game of All Time. We had 30 years of WrestleMania with EVERY WM arena up until 29 I don’t know why we couldn’t get that in 2K24, I really enjoyed Defeat the Streak mode with Undertaker in Final Boss mode. This video game brings me so many memories and forever be GOATED 🐐🔥
The biggest plot twist hulk hogan rises from the dead like the undertaker and gets his revenge

I'm with chris on this one, 2K14 was the greatest 2K games wwe released. i played that game till my 360 died with all the creation options and the Black Tiger Bomb... 2k14 will foever be my favorite wwe2k.

Wow… Hittin the nostalgia feels. 2K14 is definitely in my top 5 favorite wrestling games of all time. Had so much fun with create a story/story designer. It’s criminal that they won’t bring this most requested mode back. 2K thought they were slick bringing back “GM mode” the great value version 😂.

Create a story would be so amazing now with how great community creations are. They barely made improvements this year to mygm and universe mode so it’s the least they can do.

Predator tech was basically wake up taunts. Aka the charge finisher.
The reason they called it predator tech goes back to wwe 12. Where Randy Orton was the cover star and they introduced the charge/wake up finisher. It was all because of Randy's specific wake up taunt so they named it "predator techn" after him because he inspired it.

WWE 2K14 And WWE 2K19. It Was Perfect, Perfect. EveryThing, Down To The Last Minute Details.
2K14 is still better than 2K24 in terms of Weapon physics and Backstage Brawls and also beloved match types. I appreciate 2K for adding 3 new match types this year and we fans need more. Mainly Weapon Physics

WWE2k14 was definitely a one a kind wwe game..one of the best.
I put so much time into this game that I think I filled almost all of the character creation slots, had like 50 or so years in universe mode, could set up spots with the AI and even have the AI beat my family and friends on their own. Love this game.

Universe mode is missing 1 major thing. Create a story is the perfect couple

Idk acually what predator tech is but whenever the games have it u can always do crazy stuff with weapons and tables...like u could do moves on weapons and and ladders and the wrestlers reacted to it

WWE 2k14 really shows how much of a downfall we have seen in wwe games in recent years . I feel so strongly about this topic I even made a video about the downfall. I hope 2k can work towards improving their games in the future
You could also download your own music to 2k14 which was awesome for entrances. My buddy and I had "Band of Brothers" by Hellyeah for our tag team called Dogs of War. 2k14 will forever be the best

Predator technology is the gameplay engine that originated in WWE 12, it got the name with Randy Orton on the cover and they kept advancing it until 2k15 came out.

In my opinion as well 2k14 is there best, I know it was hard but the fact that they couldn’t give us at least 40 matches in a 40 years of wrestle mania when I think we got around 44 in 30 years of WM. Just felt lazy by 2k. My money says if they quit diving into MyFaction, they would have more time for the other stuff

And here I am thinking I must be a complete dork because I still play WWE 2k14, even more than WWE 2k16 and 2k24 (I haven't even played 2k23 and I OWN it lol). Something about it just keeps bringing me back to it. I'm glad to see I'm not the only.
