One time I removed the blade from a box cutter, put a pack of ketchup under it (sliced open) and then slammed the box cutter onto the counter like I was just trying to open it but squirted out ketchup and made people think I cut myself. It's not even the same consistency as blood but if you pull it off right they'll fall for it and start freaking out.

There's people on RUclips making LOTS of money by pulling fake ass pranks, literally hiring actors. I only know because a friend of mine got cast in one of them and that goes to show how much money you can make just doing prank videos - that guy can afford to hire actors but I hate his channel because it's 100% fake.
I can tell these videos aren't faked even though some are obviously prepared in advance the people getting pranked aren't faking. And I can tell when someone is faking because I'm an actor and I also teach.
