- Today I am off with a subscriber to what I think the best kept secret valley in the whole of Malta its got everything historic tomb, Beautiful vegetation, Dry river beds, With that awesome feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, But only a few mins from built up areas, The tropical feeling was really wonderful on a overcast, mild, humid day !! dont miss part 2 ...The adventure continues !!!

I WATCHED YOUR PART 1 OF YOUR WALK THROUGH THAT VALLEY WITH THE HELP OF JOHANN,IT REMINDS ME OF THE WALKS I DID AS A BOY IN THE VALLEYS WHERE I LIVED IN WALES,BUT WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROCKS ECT TO GET OVER,ONLY DEEP GRASS AND WOW THE TREES WE USED TO CLIMB, BRINGS BACK MEMORIES.CHEERS FOR YOUR VIDEOS,YOUR WELSHMAN IN MALTA.

Hi! I just found your channel by accident and I love it! Do you know the valley/ "park" next to Mater Dei hospital near San Gwann? Now that I see you exploring the wild valleys of Malta, I remember that I explored the valley next to Mater Dei many many years ago. I went from west to east if I remember correctly. So, maybe you already have explored it, but if you haven't, maybe that's a new place for you to explore... Cheers!

Most valleys in Malta finish at the sea, wied qirda seams to be landlocked, i wonder where the water gathers .
Yes this has happened all over malta
It flows into Wied il-kbir, and that finds the sea in Marsa.

@@EnglishmaninMalta There used to be a shoe factory on a small industrial estate near Marsa. I always went there to get my No. 1360 size 8 sandals. Probably a block of flats there now.
