Hey! You have a fun vibe, I’d be interested in the process of how you got your job but also some original content, not sure what though haha. Cant wait to see whats in store.

Can’t wait to see what kind of content you put out. Would be dope to see the different kinds of careers people can build around the tech industry whether it comes to software engineering, product, design, etc. I’m a CS major at Michigan about to document my first software engineering internship in Ny. Would love to collaborate!
P.S Silicon Valley is my favorite show

Yet another software engineering vlog... please don't make another day in the life engineer video. Make something that's original and isn't just clickbait.

Haha you know it! Any thoughts?? 1 idea was to pretend to be Richard Hendricks and pitch Pied Piper to random people in coffee shops. Would love to get any ideas you have :)

RUclips is highly saturated with these Silicon Valley engineers who start up videos to vlog their life of what it's like to be a Silicon Valley engineer. What makes your channel different from others? I already follow JomaTech and Mayuko. Unless you think that these types of channels aren't saturated then go ahead and make the typical 'day in life' videos and how to get a Facebook job. I'm sure you'll get a lot of views. If you actually want to get better at filming at creating a storyline then consider longer feature videos that are 8-10 minutes long. It all depends on your style and what you want to accomplish. By all means if you want to be that typical Silicon Valley day of life vlog then go for it. You'll always have haters (like myself) and frankly I'm pretty tired of seeing these vlogs pop up with no original content.
I recommend putting Silicon Valley in another light. Talk about the high cost of living, gender inequality, why big tech jobs aren't necessarily the best because you're essentially just another cog in the wheel. I know it's hard to make videos like this because you have a job and reputation to maintain, but I don't see any videos where they talk about the negatives of Silicon Valley.
Be original, never forget who you really are and don't do things just because you want to get a lot of views. Good luck with your RUclips channel.

Hey! Thanks a lot for taking the time to craft a well thought-out response. I think my goals are definitely content and self-growth driven. The piece you mentioned about developing a strong narrative is really important to me. You're 100% right that most videos primarily hype up Silicon Valley - taking a more measured/serious approach is a really good idea! Thanks for the feedback :)
