321 or 3-2-1 ribs - you might have heard of this method for BBQ ribs, and once you try it, you might never go back to low and slow methods for smoking ribs! Super easy as demonstrated on the Big Green Egg, but you can use any smoker or even the grill or trager if you like. The ribs will fall off the bone and taste so smoky and delish! One of my favorites to make and eat!
You will need:
Rack of Ribs (I prefer St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs)
Seasoning (I love Code 3 Top Gun for ribs)
Stick of Butter
Brown Sugar
Foil
5 Hours cooking time!

All i could think about the whole video was him touching raw pork and then the bottles. Yes I'm a germaphobe
then wiping his hands in his pants and rubbing the mustard with the charcoal dirty hands as well... not to criticize but, he should watch for better sanitary precautions

Bones don't recede...meat contracts when heated, exposing the bone inside the muscle.
I did this they came out way over cooked on my old drafty pellet smoker 3-2-1 worked well but not on the egg
