There is a thing called traffic "Laws" and since braking laws is a crime, enforcing traffic laws is a reason. Just don't be an idiot, simple.
Imagine catching a felony EE on a mini bike.
He could just say that he was mowing the grass when lawnmower got out of control....
I know it's fun to run from the cops on your mini bike, but seeing the guy struggle to run, and he literally passed a ball field with fenced walkways and such, is so painful to watch. He literally could pick his mini bike up and throw it on the sidewalk if their wasn't a cutaway. It's crazy they take a chance for the cop to bump the rear tire and knock them off or wreck them like they do in Georgia.
