The whole no license thing about under 50cc is just a myth. I looked it up for GA and you don’t have to have insurance or a tag if it is under 50cc but you still have to have a drivers license. Kid was full of it!

@mattrobinson1669 it's not a myth at all. Some states like Tennessee for example you DO NOT need a motorcycle license for 50cc and under just need it to he registered and Insured. With that being said everything that kid said is factual.
It was probably a 49cc. If so, he's completely right.

Maybe riders should carry the motorcycle rules book from the DMV so they could have proof of what they are saying so that's that. 🤔
