About 6 months ago I installed a ECO John propane incinerator toilet. Surprisingly I love it. Its quiet, has an auto-clean feature, single 20lb tank last about 6 months. and It has absolutely no smell. I put the ash directly on my garden. I highly recommend the ECO John toilet
you two are adorable, and thank you for advising "better safe than sorry" when it comes to DIY electrical systems. can't wait to see the next video in the series!
Eric I have viewed hundreds of build videos....buses, trailers, rvs, you name it I have watched it and I have got to tell you that your electrical work looks stellar and I wouldn't be concerned about having someone check out your work and as a matter of fact there are several builders out there that could learn from YOU. Excited to get back to working on the rv.
Everything's exciting when you're partaking in Colorado souvenirs so many choices soon to come scorched bum much better than Missouri ditch weed....Mom hollering no smoking in the house it's a candle mom followed by uncontrollable laughing.....That doesn't smell like a candle why are you both in the bathroom 🤔
It's T.E.A. Time again! 🥳 Glad to see you guys healthy, safe and continuing to entertain us! Look for a Wind Turbine you can pop up when parked to back up your solar panels. You can get 8000W Vertical Axis turbines in 12v and 24v for around $400 - $500. You don't always have great sun or a lot of wind to get power but it's nice to be able to use both to supplement your electricity needs, and the 5 blade verticle axis turbines produce electricity with as little as 2 M/S (under 5 mph) wind speeds!
Glad you’re back to the RV!!!! And you’ve taught me how to film a not-very-eventful road trip and make it fun for the viewer!!!! Thank you guys for being awesome and so inspiring!
Sandra Westley from the UK I expect we would find it daunting doing all those miles, but Uk to Spain all through France, which is about 1200 miles plus, we did that for years every year from 1972 when we got our first trailer for the whole of the summer, sometimes down the German motorways through Austria and Switzerland but we loved all the travelling and seeing all the direct countries.
Glad you guys are heading for safety. Things are cranking up in our part of Texas. Just learned tonight that a friend is in the hospital on a vent & it is not good according to the doctors. You never know who will struggle and it’s best to keep, ourselves and others safe if possible. I love the RV videos too.
Thank you so much for posting, and being responsible. I promise to continue to watch. I forgot the name of the doggie, but say hi to him too. AND its V day in the UK, so I see you on the road before you know it.
I suspected when you bought your "classic" rv you were in way over your heads/budget. I must congratulate you both on your your hard work and all you've learned so quickly. 😉👍. Its looking really great! I look forward to seeing its completion and your ideas on design & materials.
Of course, exciting to see you get on with the RV. You make it look so easy... deceiving! Great production too, very professional, makes me look out for your next vid.
Don't worry hopefully everything will be back to normal so you both can do travel vlogs like you enjoy making until then can't wait to see what you do with the RV👍🏻
Going through Kansas is like saying, "Are we there yet?" My mom was stationed in Ft. Riley and when when my dad came to get us for a stay with him in Albuquerque NM, we went through Co. It was the most boring drive I ever experienced as a kid. Co. Was not boring just KS. Never forgot it. :)
Your personalities. The editing. The places you go. LOVE!! Goshhh - that incinerator toilet is a little creepy!! JEEEZ! Thank you both once again for being my inspiration through lockdown to get my butt in gear and start vlogging again! I can't wait to see the next travel vlog from you guys - hopefully not another 12 hour car drive! LOVE you - wish I could third wheel one of your trips! ahahahahaha
The incinerator was vital to waste management back over a century ago. I've been in a few K-12 schools with the incinerators dormant, cleaned out. I would not do a 'courtesy flush' with this one, unless my tush was cold.
Great Video! We are really excited to see how the RV turns out when it is done. Looks like this Missouri weather is still going to be ok, just a little cold, for a couple more weeks. Let's hope it stays that way so you can get enough done before it snows!
Having an electrician review your work is an excellent idea and when I go to do the work in my own RV that’s exactly what I’m going to do before I close up the walls
We've seen a few of those sticky things on hotel room doors since the pandemic and wondered how a sticker determines that it's clean!😄Seems like extra un necessary plastic use. Excited for you guys that the RV is back on it's way to completion!
Am super excited to see some more RV Reno’s stuffs - I bought a 1985 Glendale RV this past August and plan to renovate this spring - eastern Canadian winters don’t allow any Reno’s right now - so to say I am super stoked is an understatement! 🚐 🚌 👍🏻 💕
Kansas here. That drive across 70 is soooooo boring (felt for you guys), but don't let that deceive you about our state. At least drop into Wichita once, we have some great things here 😊
Are you aware of any customers that have installed your toilets in RVs? Would you have any concerns about the constantly motion causing any issues? There seems to be a pretty awesome potential market here, if this could be made into an RV-friendly solution! (I know I would be a customer...)
Omg I have driven across Kansas way too many times....it's like 10 hrs of your life you'll never get back. Safe travels! Glad y'all are getting back and hunkering down.
So excited for you two!! 🎉 So impressed by all the hard work you’ve done so far on the camper. Can’t wait for all the future videos!!! Happy Holidays 🎄
Thanks for the incinolet review! I am considering getting one for my massage studio and have been wondering about the smell and the sound. With no bias, you covered that for me. I am interested if you have any more thoughts about it being used in such a setting?
Canada 13 hours and you are still in Ontario going across it takes 24hrs on the TransCanada highway and that's for just 1 province. People forget Canada is huge
@@running_girl5512 I feel like Canada and Australia are both forgotten about when it comes to country size. Australia is just as wide as America. It takes over 15hours to get from where I live Perth(the most isolated city in the world) just to the next state.
@Daniel Zhang darn those geological features getting in the way of a straight road, stupid place for a lake to be when I want a straight road..... its not just about straight road vs how large the country, state or province is,
How about this one..... takes us over 12 hours to drive to our daughters place and we never even leave the state ..... and that’s only driving through a quarter of our state. Yep our state is that big. Any guess?
I have the same issue with resealing my roof. Waiting for the warmer weather. I did have a leak and used FlexSeal Spray, which for the time being, is working great.
When I was a small child in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, we had an incinerating toilet at our cabin. It was called a Destroylet, and it was not this nice. I think it set toilet training for my younger sister back at least a year; she's still afraid of fire in her forties. People always think I'm making it up. Lol
Kansas is not boring you need travel in the sumner and spring when it is green. Also eastern Kansas in not flat like Western part of the state. There are lots to see if you open your eyes. I have lived in Kansas for the last 72 yrs.
We had a little brake on our RV as well it’s a lot to do all at one time. Every time you start a new project you find a new problem to fix lol great video guys!
When you pressed the "push after use" button, I expected to hear a "foo-tung" sound and for the waste to be ejected across the street in it's tidy little sandwich bag. In a campervan, you could "foo-tung" it into the landscape as you travel. Out of sight, out of mind.... :D.
It did look cool, although the two double beds right next to each other was a little weird, I mean, I guess if your thing is shouting "all change" in the middle of the night it's cool.
@@ChuckFickens1972 haha, must have been a very close family that had it previously! I used to have holidays at my grandparents and everyone in the family would just sleep wherever we could. When I got upgraded from the hallway to the study that was a treat! 😜
