Namak - 200g (baking karne ke lie)
Atta (Gehu / Whole Wheat) - 130g / 1 cup
Baking soda - 2 chutki / 1/8 tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Dahi - to make the dough
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4 kaliyan
Butter - 50g
Topping ki Sabziyan - capsicum, pyaaz, tamatar, corn, jalapeno

I’m cooking pizzas for 3 years and I can say without thinking second time that you r the best
Hello, I tried this recipe with all the ingredients exactly as you said, but I have some problem with this recipe:
1. Whole wheat flour cannot be replaced for plain flour because first of all the dough does not rise as well as the plain flour dough.
2.The amount of salt is too much, the end product is very salty.
3. The pizza takes much more time to cook than you have mentioned. It took me around 20 min even after putting the kadhai on high heat for 15 min.
4. The browning does not happen on the crust.
5. If I leave it inside for browning the crust becomes stiff and impossible to chew.
6. Even before the browning happens the cheese melts so much, that I can see yellow spots coming and the sauce starts burning.

Yesterday i tried ur bread recipe. It was just awesome. I made with 100% whole wheat. It came out really nice n soft. It just that little yeast smell is coming which my mother in law dont like. Next time can i use reduce yeast amount
