probably the biggest reason why Crimson shroud lost to Leggionaire, is because you have to get the metaglios early to evolve Laurel, causing you to lose a huge amount of HP in the end
You have 23 banishes use them in the early game that way it removes an unwanted weapon or passive from the pool and saves your rerolls in case the game trolls you and refuses to give you the Arcana you want.
try dropping silent old sanctuary. for BooGaloooo or the scaling arcana, the scan will max the cooldown on its own. also, why not inverse for the merchant arcana?

Usually getting 1 cooldown early on is relatively easy, but getting a lot of them is problematic, especially on a weapon that requires Cooldown to kill at all
Dex, the "weapons" are "active weapons" and "passives" are "passive weapons", well... more or less... as laurel is actively shielding you while armor is passively reducing the damage you take as an example, trying to give you a "hand" or the "trans-enemies" might come and get you

Metaglio Left maxed out is about a 1.5x multiplier, so even if you were able to get it last you only get to 7M hp, still 5M short.
